From chasing skinny
to building strength.
Movement has always been a huge part of my life. I spent years as a professional dancer, but behind the scenes I struggled with my relationship with food, training and my body.
For a long time, my focus was simply being as skinny as possible. I would restrict myself during the week, overeat at the weekend and constantly feel like I was starting again.
Things began to change when I stepped away from dance and started studying Sport Science.
For the first time, I began to understand what my body actually needed. Proper nourishment, structured strength training and consistency gave me something restriction never had.
I became stronger, more confident and far more connected to my body.
My background in dance also gave me a deep understanding of mobility and movement. Today, strength and mobility are at the heart of how I train and coach.
I want other women to experience that same shift. To stop fighting their body, stop constantly starting over and build something that makes them feel strong, confident and capable.

Fitness should improve your life, not take it over.
I don't believe in quick fixes, starvation diets or expecting you to organise your entire life around the gym.
Real progress comes from learning how to train properly, understanding your nutrition and becoming consistent enough to keep going even when life isn't perfect.
Your program should fit you, your goals, your schedule, your experience and your lifestyle.
I'm not just here to hand you workouts. I coach you through the process, keep you accountable and help you build the confidence to stop constantly starting over.
Strong body. Strong habits. A lifestyle you can actually maintain.
